🚨 Police Week in D.C. – A Time to Honor, Reflect, and... Heal? 😅

Jay and I had the incredible honor of attending the Police Week celebration in Washington, D.C., and what a powerful, emotional, and humbling experience it was. Being surrounded by the men and women who dedicate their lives to protecting our communities reminded us just how much sacrifice is made every single day across the country.

🙏 Thank you to all law enforcement officers, past and present. We see you. We appreciate you. We support you. Special shoutout to my hero and husband, Jay, who serves with pride and heart every single day. 💙

Now… about that picture. 👀 Yes, that’s me — sporting an injury that came from thinking I was Evel Knievel on an electric bike. Let’s just say “too fast” + “bad decision” = me sitting down a lot more this week. But if anything, it just reminded me how fragile life is and how grateful I am for those who run toward danger instead of away from it.
