Returns
Items may be returned for a credit only if the item is defective, we must be notified within 24 hours of your receipt of the item that you wish to return it for a credit. You must provide a photo of the item and the box to obtain a merchandise return authorization.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be credited or returned. The item must be returned to us within 5 days of the initial request to return. The original label must be used and marked "return to sender" as we do not credit return shipping. Upon receipt of the item, provided it is returned in the same condition in which it was sent, and under the terms described, we will issue a refund via store credit. Items must be returned with the original packaging as sent; refunds will not be issued on items returned without original packaging.
We only accept returns if items are defective, once an item has been worn and or removed from original packaging it will not be accepted for a return.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped and a request to do so is submitted and acknowledged by Marissa's Bling on a Budget, within one hour of placing the order.
Cancellations received after one hour of placing the order, can be refunded provided the items have not shipped, however, there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
Orders marked as "Shipped" cannot be cancelled
The free shipping promotion on purchases of $100 or more is valid only when the code is used at checkout. Customer is not entitled to a refund of the shipping in the event they neglect to enter the promotional code. Orders may not be combined to reach $100 and be eligible for free shipping. The method of shipping offered at no cost under these terms is "Standard Shipping" i.e. First Class Mail or Parcel Post/Parcel Select. In the event a customer would like priority shipping then they would be responsible for the whole shipping amount. Use of the free shipping promotion negates the customers right to return an item under any circumstance, i.e. use of the free shipping code means no returns, for any reason. We are not responsible for packages lost or undelivered by USPS. This promotion applies only to the 48 contiguous states and does not include Alaska, Hawaii or military bases. Zi Collection pieces are not eligible for free shipping, if the code is used to purchase such items the order will be cancelled
