Lemon Cheesecake (Carnivore Diet Friendly)
Lemon Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Whipping cream
- Scoop of Ricotta
- 1 1/2 Lemons zested
- Juice of those Lemons
- Vanilla
- 1/3 Cup monk fruit and a sprinkle
- 2 bars of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of butter
Pre-heat oven to 350
- In large blender combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into springform pan coated in parchment paper (see photo).
- (TIP! Before putting in oven, tap it onto the counter to remove air bubbles)
- Put in oven for 55 minutes
- If not browned or if it seems shaky when going to pull out, allow 5 more minutes until cooked all the way through.
