Carnivore Focaccia Bread Recipe
Recipe Courtesy of the Steak & Butter Gal who saved me on this diet, I LOVE BREAD. This was a great replacement for those on the carnivore diet.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- On a cookie sheet lay out parchment paper to cover in its entirety.
- In a blender place four eggs and 2 cups of cottage cheese and blend on high until well blended.
- Scrape Blender onto parchment and use spatula to spread out accordingly leaving no bare spots.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
We use the bread for pizza, and we actually place mozzarella cheese, ham, bacon, onions and anything we like and then we place into the oven and bake on 350 for 15 minutes.
